Meet The Founder Geckos…

	Graham Hall, Chairman Graham brings decades of corporate experience to the team, having spent his younger days working across the globe: America, Canada, Australia and Europe with Blue Chip companies such as BP and Mars. Before that, he obtained a 1st Class Honours degree in Physics and developed a passion for the sort of technology that seems to run on magic. He is a true ambassador for the Solar PV industry and actively engages with industry experts, as well as our suppliers and customers to ensure So Gecko has the know-how to fit state-of-the-art systems.
	Alison Finch, Chief Executive Alison is a serial entrepreneur, having given rein to her artistic instincts by putting a degree in Chemistry behind her and forging a successful career in Marketing & HR at Mars. Possessing a passion for elegance, she finds joy in expressing her creativity in every aspect of her life. Her greatest satisfaction as a leader comes from helping others to flourish through recognising their strengths, which has delivered exceptional performance in businesses in the UK and overseas. We are delighted that Alison is the voice of So Gecko in meetings with Government and Industry opinion-formers within the Carbon Reduction Economy. And she takes a very active role on the Executive Committee of the British Photovoltaic Association.
	James Edgeworth, Operations Director James has a curious nature keeps his eyes, ears and fingers on everything that we do, as well as staying abreast of commercial opportunities as they arise in the marketplace. He is the keeper of our Accreditations, H&S and Quality Systems, and ensures that we stay on top of best practices across all our operations. His degree in Geology & Geographical Science comes in handy now and then, but we love him most for bringing to the office a sense of humour for which the phrase “laugh out loud” might have been invented.
	Richard Pugh, Technical Manager Richard is a multi-skilled Electrician with a passion for activities that range from photography and artistic design in the world of Apple Macs to attic-based drumming solos that have created an exclusion zone around his home. His thorough electrical design work is matched only by the perfection of his wiring installations, which have often been termed “exemplary” by those who have inspected them.
